This website and all services are operated by Family One Life LLC, doing business as Better Upline (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using BetterUpline.com (the “Site”) or purchasing our products and services, you (“User,” “Member,” “Agent,” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Services Provided

Better Upline provides:

a. Exclusive life insurance leads (including Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, IUL, and Annuity leads).

b. Training memberships (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) covering insurance sales, products, and business management.

c. Agency opportunities for licensed life insurance agents.

We do not guarantee any specific results, sales, or income from use of our services.

2. Membership & Fees

a. Membership is billed monthly via Stripe.

b. All fees are due in advance and non-refundable.

c. Membership continues until canceled. Members are responsible for canceling prior to the next billing cycle.

3. Leads Policy

a. All leads provided are exclusive to the purchasing Member.

b. Leads are sold as is and no guarantee is made regarding contact rates, responsiveness, or conversion to sales.

c. If a phone number is disconnected or invalid, replacement leads will be provided at our discretion.

d. Strict no refunds on leads once delivered.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

a. All sales of leads, training, and memberships are final. No refunds will be issued.

b. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Attempting a chargeback may result in immediate termination of your

account and legal action to recover fees.

5. User Conduct & Submissions

a. Users may post comments, feedback, or other content, but may not upload files, images, or media.

b. By submitting any content to Better Upline, you grant the Company full ownership rights, including the right to use,

modify, and distribute such content for any business purpose.

6. No Earnings Guarantee

Better Upline makes no promises, representations, or guarantees that you will earn money, generate sales, or achieve any financial results from our services. Your success depends on your effort, skill, licensing, and compliance with applicable laws.

7. Compliance with Insurance Laws

All Members must be properly licensed to sell life insurance in their jurisdiction and are solely responsible for their own legal and regulatory compliance. Better Upline does not provide legal, compliance, or licensing services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion, without refund, if a User violates these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to the Company.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

a. We collect names, emails, phone numbers, street addresses, and payment data (processed via Stripe).

b. We do not share your personal information with third parties or affiliates.

c. By using our Site, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

a. Better Upline is not liable for any lost profits, failed sales, or business losses.

b. Leads are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or performance.

c. Maximum liability under any claim is limited to the amount paid by the User in the past 30 days.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hays County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on BetterUpline.com. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
